Residential Conveyancer – Solihull

Key Responsibilities
Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from initial instruction through to post-completion
Handle:

* Residential sales and purchases
* Remortgages and equity release transactions
* Freehold and leasehold title checks
* Transfers of equity and matrimonial transfers
* Provide support and training to Conveyancing Assistants within the department
* Develop and maintain client relationships within the local area
* Cross-refer clients to other departments where appropriate
* Ensure compliance with CQS Protocols

About You:

* Qualified Conveyancer (Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer)
* Proven experience managing a residential property caseload
* Strong local knowledge of the Solihull area
* High standards of professionalism, care and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
