Salary: £38,500 + dependent on skills and experience
What you’ll be doing:
* Responsible for defined aspects of system configuration / set up associated with the Compensation processes, along with the capability to interrogate the system to resolve queries and to fulfil all Compensation deliverables, both routine and ad hoc
* Ensure full understanding of SuccessFactors data and processes, the impact of data changes relating to Compensation processes, and actively identify data anomalies and taken the appropriate action to resolve
* Support the creation, design and implementation of solutions required to deliver the Annual Reward Review activity
* Deliver compensation processes in a standardised way that promotes efficiency, best practice, and service excellence, ensuring any business specific legacy processes are documented
* Support all activities relating to Compensation processes including Annual Reward Review, Employee Incentive Schemes, Long Term Incentive Plans, Collectively Bargained pay deals, Job Evaluation and any other compensation related events
Your skills and experiences:
* IT administration and application support exposure (preferably SuccessFactors)
* Advanced Excel skills
* Experience in manipulating large sets of data
* Continuous improvement experience

This is an exciting opportunity to be responsible for delivering a range of Reward Compensation processes across the UK businesses. As part of this role you will be a part of a team who ensure a high quality service, working across complex environments and engaging relevant stakeholders (both in the line and across the HR function) and across members of the Reward function.
