Care Assistant Care and Support - Clarence Park Care Home Contract: Full Time, Part- Time, Bank Salary: £12.71 Per Hour Shift Type: Dayshift Contracted hours: 36 Clarence Park Residential & Nursing Care Home is a well established service in Weston-super-Mare, located close to the seafront and set within a characterful Victorian townhouse. Supporting up to 43 residents, the home provides high quality nursing, respite and palliative care within a calm, welcoming and team focused environment where staff can build meaningful relationships and make a genuine difference every day. Care Assistant £12.71 per hour Full time and part time hours available Day shifts available Paid pension, uniform and onsite parking 5.6 weeks annual leave (based on a full time contract) Role Overview As a Care Assistant, you will support residents with their day to day needs, delivering high quality, person centred care within a supportive and structured environment. You will assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition and daily routines while promoting dignity, independence and comfort at all times. You will build positive relationships with residents, providing reassurance, companionship and consistent support. Your approach will help create a calm and welcoming environment where residents feel safe, valued and respected. This role is open to both experienced care professionals and those new to care who are willing to learn and develop. You will be supported with training and guidance to build your confidence and skills. Working closely with nurses and the wider team, you will follow care plans, maintain accurate records and contribute to a safe and well organised home. Your role will have a direct impact on residents’ wellbeing and overall quality of life.
