The Role:
* Provide classroom support to pupils across Early Years, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.
* Step in to assist teachers with planned lessons, group tasks, and 1:1 support.
* Work on a flexible, day-to-day basis – choose the days that suit you.
* Help maintain a positive, inclusive, and supportive learning environment.
* Support children with a range of needs including SEN, behaviour and literacy/numeracy gaps.

What We’re Looking For:
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or Classroom Assistant.
* Strong communication skills and a flexible, can-do attitude.
* A child-only enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
* Ability to travel to schools within the NP12 catchment (e.g. Newbridge, Blackwood, Crumlin).
