The position: We are looking for a dedicated Recruitment Coordinator to join our team in Warrington. Working Hours: Monday - Friday Salary: £26,444 Contract Type: Temporary (until the end of November) Location: WA5 3RN Role of a Recruitment Coordinator: Run group interviews and assessments for warehouse roles. Complete right-to-work checks and ensure all pre-employment paperwork is compliant. Schedule start dates and liaise with operational teams. Maintain accurate candidate records in internal systems. As a Recruitment Coordinator, you will need to have: Experience in recruitment, HR admin, or similar. Confident presenting to groups and handling high volumes of candidates. Strong understanding of right-to-work compliance. Great organisation, attention to detail, and time management. Strong skills in Microsoft Office and IT systems.
