Job Description
Provide a comprehensive range of support activities to the Company Secretary to ensure all secretarial, corporate governance and compliance functions are completed effectively and efficiently.
Responsibilities
1. Maintain statutory registers, filings with Companies House and other relevant bodies.
2. Preparation, coordination and production of Board papers and minutes.
3. Review, placement and ongoing management of bonds and parent company guarantees.
4. Reviewing and maintaining domestic and commercial property leases.
5. Document controller for main contract and ancillary documents.
6. Management of company bank accounts to include maintaining mandates/access rights etc.
7. Management of Subject Access Requests under the DPA.
8. More generally, proactively managing and resolving issues.
