As a Security Cleared - Senior ServiceNow Engineer, you will be involved in designing, implementing, and enhancing ServiceNow solutions. The role will focus on CSM and ITIL workflows, integrations, process improvements, and supporting platform maturity across the business. You will configure workflows, business rules, notifications, UI policies, and forms.

Skills Required:
1. Active Security Clearance (SC).
2. 5+ years of ServiceNow delivery experience.
3. Strong experience in CSM and ITSM/ITIL; ITOM/CSDM is a plus.
