Job Description:
Our client, a well-established insolvency practice in Cardiff, is currently on the lookout for a Senior Insolvency Administrator. This role is an exceptional opportunity to join a close-knit team where your experience and skills will play a crucial part in driving the success of the practice.
Responsibilities:
* Managing a diverse portfolio of insolvency cases, including CVLs, MVLs, administrations, and bankruptcies.
* Overseeing case progression from initial appointment to closure, ensuring compliance with all statutory obligations.
* Liaising with stakeholders, including creditors, debtors, and solicitors, to provide regular updates and manage expectations.
* Mentoring and providing support to junior team members, fostering a culture of professional development.
* Assisting in the development of internal processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Requirements:
* Proven experience as an Insolvency Administrator, ideally at a senior level.
* A solid understanding of insolvency legislation and procedures.
* Strong organizational and communication skills, capable of managing multiple priorities.
* Team-oriented with a commitment to professional growth and development.
* Experience in a small or medium-sized practice would be advantageous.
