We're looking for a Branch Manager to lead our Advance Roofing Supplies team in Aylesbury — a well-established local branch with a loyal customer base and plenty of opportunity to grow.
This role is all about visibility, ownership and leading from the front. You'll be right at the heart of the operation — building relationships with customers, supporting and developing your team, and driving the branch forward day to day.
It's a brilliant next step for a strong Assistant Branch Manager who's ready for their first branch, or for a current manager who enjoys being close to the action and having real influence on performance.
What You'll Be Doing
* Leading the branch day to day — sales, operations, stock and standards
* Creating a positive, high-performing team environment
* Building strong relationships with local trade customers
* Spotting opportunities to grow the business
* Ensuring a safe, compliant and well-run operation
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in a roofing merchants with strong product knowledge
* A hands-on, lead-from-the-front leadership style
* Customer focus and commercial awareness
* Someone who takes pride in their branch and their team

7am-5pm Mon-Fri, 8am-12pm alternate Saturdays
22 days' holiday + bank holidays
