Affiliate Marketing Manager – Superdrug Head Office

The role focuses on growing Superdrug.com sales through Affiliate and Brand Partnership Marketing, increased brand awareness, site traffic, app users and improved conversion.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and implement the annual Affiliate marketing strategy, ensuring key objectives and strategies are integrated and meet agreed KPIs.
* Own day-to-day affiliate marketing campaigns in partnership with the Assistant Online Business Marketing Manager.
* Run the annual budgets, including phasing, forecasting and invoice management, to ensure key ROAS and margin targets are met.
* Manage and develop relationships with our affiliate advertising agency, 3rd‑party brand partnerships, communicating promotional offers and new launches, identifying new opportunities.
* Coordinate marketing schedules with colleagues, affiliates, suppliers, prospects and influencers to highlight business focus within relevant channels.
* Present performance metrics and opportunities for growth to key stakeholders.
* Keep up to speed with the latest online marketing technologies and innovations, ensuring the business stays at the forefront.
* Analyse trends, data, demographics and deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly and campaign progress, commission and activity reports.
* Conduct gap analysis, research and source new partnership opportunities; work with Brand, Own Brand and Loyalty marketing teams on key campaigns to ensure online‑to‑offline conversions.
Person Specification
* Ideally 1–2 years’ experience in affiliate marketing and/or digital marketing in a high‑turnover environment.
* Pro‑active, results‑oriented, entrepreneurial and self‑motivated.
* Decision maker, target‑driven, able to understand business strategies, tactics and implement measurable research plans.
* Capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, colleagues and key stakeholders.
* Highly organised and able to prioritise workload.
* Strong analytical and numerical skills with keen attention to detail; advanced Excel skills beneficial.
* Strong interpersonal communication and negotiation skills.
* Passion for the Superdrug brand and the health and beauty sector.
* Ability to transform solid thinking into action.
* Openness to change and creative thinking.
