We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Family Solicitor to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment, helping clients navigate the complexities of family law with care and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Meet with clients to discuss their family law issues, providing clear and empathetic advice.
2. Handle a diverse caseload of family law matters, including divorce, separation, child custody, and financial settlements.
3. Represent clients in court proceedings, ensuring their interests are effectively advocated.
4. Draft and review legal documents such as agreements, petitions, and court applications.
🎓 Qualifications & Experience:
5. Qualified Solicitor with experience in Family Law (Scots Law).
6. Previous experience managing a family law caseload is essential.
7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive matters with care.
8. Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
