Assistant Project Manager – High-End Residential Construction
I am currently working with an ambitious and growing family-run construction business that is looking to appoint an Assistant Project Manager to join their team.
Specialising in high-end residential refurbishments, extensions, and restoration projects with values of up to £1 million, this business has built an excellent reputation for delivering exceptional quality and service to its clients.
This is an outstanding opportunity for someone looking to develop their career in project management within the construction industry. You will work closely alongside the directors of the business, receiving hands-on guidance, mentoring, and training while gaining exposure to every stage of the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
* Assisting with the management of high-end residential refurbishment, extension, and restoration projects
* Supporting the planning, coordination, and delivery of projects from inception through to completion
* Liaising with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
* Assisting with project programmes, budgets, procurement, and reporting
* Monitoring project progress and helping to ensure quality standards are maintained
* Supporting the directors with day-to-day project management and operational activities
What We're Looking For
* Experience within the construction industry, either in a site-based, technical, or project support role
* A genuine interest in developing a career in project management
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
* Ambition to progress within a growing business
* Knowledge of residential construction projects would be advantageous but is not essential
