Job Title: Sales Consultant – Modern Workplace

Salary: 40-65k pus uncapped commission
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Execution
· Own the sales cycle for Modern Workplace product solutions, including Microsoft 365, Azure, Copilot, and bundles provided, such as IT support services.
· Focus on identifying, qualifying, and closing opportunities within existing customers and targeted new logo prospects.
· Build value propositions and proposals aligned to customer needs and vertical-specific challenges.
· Execute outbound activity directly and in collaboration with SDRs and marketing-led campaigns to drive pipeline growth.
Customer Engagement
· Conduct discovery meetings to understand customer pain points and align solutions accordingly.
· Deliver high-quality demos and proposals, leveraging vendor assets (e.g., Microsoft programs).
· Work collaboratively with Account Managers, Product Managers, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth handover and customer onboarding.
Product & Commercial Knowledge
· Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the product portfolio and Microsoft partner ecosystem.
· Contribute to pricing strategies and commercial proposals, ensuring margin integrity and customer value.
Collaboration & Reporting
· Work closely with Product and Marketing to feedback on product-market fit, messaging, and campaign effectiveness.
· Log all activity in Salesforce with appropriate detail to support tracking, handover, and commission eligibility.
· Attend internal sales reviews and contribute insights on pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and blockers to conversion.
Performance Accountability
· Achieve quarterly bookings quota, with a focus on recurring gross profit (GP).
· Meet KPIs relating to activity levels, conversion rates, average deal value, and campaign performance.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
* Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
* Client Acquisition: Number of new clients acquired and retained.
* Sales Conversion Rate: Percentage of leads converted into sales.
Qualifications:
* Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in business development in IT Managed Services and/or Microsoft Solutions.
* Skills: Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyse market trends and develop strategic plans.
* Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving business growth
