Join the Dexcom HR team as Manager, HR Business Partner. This role supports the UK & Benelux region with strategic HR partnership, employee relations, policy development, and collaboration with Talent Acquisition to ensure the best fit for the team.

Travel Required 5-15%
Location Primary home office with office visits as needed. As of November, the Bracknell Business Park office will be open; you must live within commuting distance (typically 75 miles).

Where You Come In
* Act as a strategic partner to the business, aligning HR strategies with organizational goals
* Lead employee relations, ensuring a positive and productive work environment
* Craft and implement HR policies and procedures to support company objectives
* Collaborate with Talent Acquisition to oversee recruitment from talent acquisition to onboarding
* Provide mentorship and coaching to managers on performance management and employee development
* Analyse HR metrics and trends to inform decision-making and improve HR practices
* Lead and participate in HR projects driving organizational change
* Ensure adherence to local labor laws across the UK and supported areas
* Support a culture of diversity and inclusivity
* Mentor a dedicated HR adviser and foster effective team collaboration

Education And Experience Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree with 8-12 years of industry experience; 2-5 years of management or lead experience
Flex Workplace: Primary location is a home office with no fixed workstation. Office visits and hybrid expectations will be coordinated with your manager.
