Role Overview
We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Furniture Sales Consultant. You will be the expert advisor helping clients realise their ideal home vision. By deeply understanding their needs and preferences, you will provide professional product recommendations and solutions. You will be responsible for delivering an exceptional service experience throughout the entire sales process, building lasting customer relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales Consulting: Proactively engage with customers to understand their home furnishing needs, style preferences, and budget, providing expert advice and product recommendations.
* Customer Service Excellence: Deliver consistent, high-quality, and friendly service to ensure complete customer satisfaction from inquiry to after-sales support, addressing any questions or concerns.
* Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term, strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to achieve collective sales targets and enhance overall store performance.
* Product Knowledge: Continuously learn and master company products, design trends, and sales policies to provide the most professional consultation.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in sales consulting and customer advisory to effectively guide clients and provide solutions.
* Excellent customer service ethos and communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and build rapport professionally.
* Customer‑satisfaction focused, with a proactive approach to understanding and anticipating client needs.
* Ability to remain flexible and adaptable in a fast‑paced, customer‑centred environment.
* Prior experience in sales or the home furnishings industry is advantageous.
What We Offer
Highly Competitive Compensation Package:
* Total Annual Earnings: £40,000 - £70,000 (With potential to exceed based on individual performance)
Working Hours
40 hours per week, on a rotational shift basis (including weekends as per the schedule).
