What you will do:
* Conduct assessments and develop safeguarding plans to support and protect at-risk adults
* Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care is delivered
* Manage a caseload efficiently, maintaining accurate records and documentation
* Provide expert advice and guidance to colleagues and external agencies
* Conduct safeguarding investigations and attend relevant meetings and reviews
* Engage with service users and their families to develop trust-based working relationships
