These roles are ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting children and young people with additional behavioural, social, emotional, and special educational needs. Positions are available for a September start, with opportunities for both long-term placements and permanent roles for the right candidates. Key Responsibilities: Provide targeted behaviour intervention support to pupils with SEMH, ASD, ADHD, and additional needs Support pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to improve engagement and learning outcomes Implement behaviour support plans and positive behaviour strategies consistently Use de-escalation techniques to manage challenging behaviour safely and effectively Promote emotional regulation, self-awareness, and positive coping strategies Support reintegration into classroom learning and school routines Assist teaching staff in creating a structured, calm, and inclusive learning environment Monitor, record, and report behaviour, progress, and incidents accurately Work closely with SENCOs, pastor...
