About the role
Vision for Education are looking for SEN Teaching Assistants to work on a full-time basis at a SEN school in South Gloucestershire. The school are looking for people to work on a temp to perm basis and the hours are 8:45am to 3:45pm. The ages run from early years through to post-16 and you will be situated in either the Secondary or post-16 site. The school takes a real pride on supporting their staff, both permanent and agency, and you will have access to Mental Health First Aid and other resources while working at the school.
The successful candidate will have some of the following:
1. Team Teach is desirable not essential. The school will train you in Team Teach once you are on a temp to perm notice.
2. Experience of working within a care setting, residential setting, school or equivalent.
3. Experience of working within a mental health setting.
