Director, Indirect Procurement (Strategic)
Role: Full-time, permanent
Location: Stockley Park, West London (5 days per week on site)
Salary: Competitive + bonus + benefits

The Role
Responsible for developing and executing the indirect procurement strategy to optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance across all non-production categories. This role ensures alignment with business objectives, drives innovation in sourcing practices, and fosters strong supplier relationships to deliver long term value.
Strategy Development & Execution
* Define and implement a global indirect procurement strategy aligned with corporate goals.
Supplier Management & Negotiation
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with key suppliers to ensure performance and innovation.
Stakeholder Engagement
* Partner with senior leadership and functional heads to understand business needs and priorities.
Governance & Risk Management
* Ensure adherence to procurement policies, compliance standards, and regulatory requirements.
Team Leadership & Development
* Lead and mentor a team of category managers and procurement professionals based offshore
The Person
* Degree level education preferably in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or related field MBA or equivalent preferred
* Substantial procurement experience, with proven experience in a leadership role focused on indirect categories.
* Proven track record in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, and cost optimization.
* Strong understanding of procurement technology platforms and digital transformation initiatives. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
