Experienced fun swim teacher required to work Monday morning a 4 or 5 hour shift 9 am till 1 pm or 2 pm and teaching 1-1 and 2-1 / 3-1 in our warm pool, these lessons are from preschool home education children / SEN children and adult 1-1, we only teach small private classes in 30 / 31 degree water
We also have a 5 hour shift available on a Friday 3pm till 8pm these are usually 3 -1 or 4-1 for 3.5 hours and the other 1.5 hours are 1-1 lessons
we can offer cover hours for extra income please get in contact with us if you adore teaching swimming
We have our own pools so are Not term time only classes are in our 30 / 31 degree pool so a good mixture of classes
Pay is £17.50 to £19.00 per hour
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the swim program's goals and objectives
- Provide a safe and supportive learning environment for participants
- Evaluate and track the progress of each swimmer and provide feedback for improvement
- Ensure the pool area is clean, organized, and safe for all participants
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding their child's progress
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sports coaching or teaching is preferred
- Strong swimming skills and knowledge of various swimming strokes and techniques
- Ability to effectively communicate and demonstrate swimming skills to participants
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work well with individuals of all ages
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to pass a background check
