You will be working for a primary school based in Manchester. This 2 form primary school are looking for an Early Years Teaching Assistant to join their early years team and work closely with a girl in a reception class.
Your new role
Your new role is to provide 1:1 support for girl in a reception class with Autism. This child has a need for 1:1 support and can lash out. She needs support integrating into the class with the other children. This is a long term position with a view to being made permanent.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Experience working in an early years setting.
2. Experience working with Autism
3. Nurturing personality
4. Qualification in Childcare or Support Teaching is desired but not essential
5. Relevant references in the last 2 years.
