Responsibilities
* Monitor counters and chillers to ensure they’re clean, well-stocked and presented in line with our six principles. Regularly check restaurant areas to ensure consistent levels of cleanliness with meticulous attention to detail.
* Listen carefully and take instructions from your manager, providing prompt and efficient service at all times.
* Communicate confidently with customers, gain feedback and respond to their needs to ensure a positive customer experience.
* Follow procedures and display good food safety practice at all times.
Qualifications
* Food Safety Level 2 certificate.
* Health & Safety Level 2 certificate.
* Previous experience in a customer service environment.
* Good merchandising skills and till experience.
