Property Administrator

Location: Bromsgrove (Hybrid/Office-based options available)

Hours: Flexible Hours, Monday to Friday

We are recruiting for a Property Administrator, a newly created position, following increased instructions to support our growing portfolio of residential and commercial properties. This is a key role in our tight-knit team, offering variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to work closely with an experienced team of Chartered Surveyors and Property Managers.

What you’ll be doing

In this role, you’ll support the day-to-day administration of our property portfolio. Your work will help ensure that our systems are up to date, financials are on track, and our tenants and clients receive an excellent standard of service. This role will potentially allow you to develop specific skills and develop your career.

You’ll be:

Maintaining our Re-leased property management system

Supporting invoicing and financial processes, including rent and service charges

Managing schedules, arrears reports, and fee invoices

Helping with supplier coordination, property inspections, and client liaison

Supporting reconciliation and banking tasks

You’ll be working closely with our experienced property managers, and full training on systems will be provided.

We’d love to hear from you if you:

Have previous experience in property or accounts administration (or both)

Are confident using property management or finance systems

Are highly organised, accurate, and comfortable working with numbers

Communicate clearly and professionally with colleagues, clients, and contractors

Are a team player who can manage multiple tasks and deadlines
