This is an exciting new role for an organised and professional administrator to coordinate onboarding for casual staff applying to work with Brighton and Hove Federation.
This will be a varied role, working across multiple Federation services, and supporting clinical and non-clinical staff to prepare for working for a primary care provider at scale.
This role offers a significant amount of flexibility across 20 hours per week, within normal office hours, with the option for some evening and weekend work if preferred - subject to approval. This is a hybrid role with some office based work and the opportunity to work from home.

Main duties of the job
The Recruitment and Compliance Coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring that casual workers have a smooth supportive and professional onboarding experience. Acting as a consistent point of contact the postholder helps new joiners feel valued and informed while ensuring the organisation is represented with professionalism throughout the process.
Working independently, the role supports the end to end onboarding journey for individuals joining the Brighton and Hove Federation workforce platform Luna. This includes guiding new casual workers through the application and onboarding stages, completing all required checks and managing ongoing compliance and maintenance activities to ensure the workforce remains fully compliant at all times.
The role may also provide occasional support to the Delivery Team with day to day operational tasks as required.

Job responsibilities
Main Duties and Responsibilities
Lead on the end-to-end recruitment cycle from registration to first shift
Send Welcome information and links to introductory meeting monitoring attendance and completion
Answering any questions from new joiners before and during onboarding
Arrange the training systems inductions and site inductionsfor all new Federation service staff
Ensure all new staff added to the rota are compliant tostatutory requirements and that the service holds the necessary documentationas per set guidelines
Maintain the staff database with details and paperwork forall staff and escalate any issues with staff compliance to the OperationalSupport Lead
Arrange new staff access to Federation clinical systems andother IT setup
Arrange allocation and collection of IT equipment where appropriate
Monitoring the email inboxes for any onboarding queries orcompliance documents sent
Communicate with new joiners throughout the hiring process,ensuring timely updates to any queries
Support pre-screening activities including CV reviews
Maintain accurate and up to date records in the Workforce Platform - Luna
Provide administrative support when needed to the DeliveryTeam
Work collaboratively to help develop and promote a positiveworking culture, encouraging staff participation and involvement in developing improving and promoting the service
Ensure adherence to efficient administrative processes withinthe service
Responsible for managing workload and adhering to targets setto onboard new joiners
Develop and report on new joiner onboarding experience
Track recruitment metrics - time to hire and pipeline activity
Offboarding leavers including removing access to systems. Ensuringany equipment is returned in a timely manner
Ensure all current staff records have current contractualcompliance, such as contract, indemnity insurance, DBS and professionalregistration
Ensure all current staff records are up to date with trainingand manage appropriately if not compliant

* GCSE grade A to C (9-4) in English and Maths
* Completed further education
