The successful candidate will work closely with students who require additional behavioural support, helping them to develop positive attitudes to learning and improve their outcomes. You will collaborate with pastoral teams, teaching staff and families to implement effective behaviour strategies. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, patience and a proactive approach.
