Court of Protection Solicitor – National Firm – 3+ PQE

An established and highly regarded national law firm is looking to recruit a Court of Protection Solicitor to join its specialist team. This is a great opportunity to handle complex, meaningful work with a strong support structure and access to high-quality clients.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle a full range of Court of Protection matters
* Prepare and manage deputyship applications (property & financial affairs)
* Draft statutory wills, gift applications and care funding-related matters
* Liaise directly with clients, families, professionals and external organisations
* Prepare annual OPG reports and accounts
* Take an active role in managing ongoing deputyship files
What You'll Need:
* Minimum 3 years’ PQE with a solid background in Court of Protection work
* Strong technical knowledge and attention to detail
* A client-focused approach and the ability to handle sensitive matters with empathy and professionalism
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
