Due to exciting growth, we are recruiting an experienced Internal Account Coordinator to join our client's busy Commercial Team. We aim to start the successful candidate ASAP.
Our client is a world-class manufacturer and supplier of chemicals for personal care, cosmetics, HI&I, and industrial applications. They offer extensive chemical manufacturing capabilities for a global customer base.
They are part of a dynamic group involved in developing, manufacturing, and distributing chemical intermediates for Personal Care, Household Care, and Industrial sectors.

Your New Role
1. Promote the company's chemicals, products, and services globally as part of the sales team.
2. Handle order processing, production oversight, transport & logistics, and invoicing.
3. Provide relevant documentation such as COAs, POD, and raw material collection details.
4. Serve as the internal point of contact for customers, ensuring order accuracy and meeting expectations.
As the Internal Account Coordinator, you will manage all customer-related activities, demonstrating clear communication, confidence, self-motivation, and a proactive approach. A passion for sales and customer service is essential, along with the ability to prioritize multiple orders and manage stock allocations effectively.
Your Duties/Areas of Responsibility
* Manage relationships with identified customers.
* Input and acknowledge orders, track their progress, and communicate updates to customers.
* Create and send COAs and collection notes.
* Manage customer release notes and generate invoices.
* Handle customer complaints professionally.
* Maintain regular contact with customers via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings to strengthen relationships.
* Review quarterly customer forecasts and allocate stock accordingly.
* Generate and send monthly stock reports to customers.
* Understand customer markets and align business activities to meet their expectations.
* Proactively contact customers to encourage new sales orders.
* Assist with organizing and attending exhibitions as required.
* Perform other tasks as assigned by your manager.
Your Experience
* Strong customer service background.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines, prioritizing effectively.
* Self-motivated with initiative, but also a team player.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong interpersonal skills.
* Excellent administrative, planning, organizational, and time management skills.
* Positive attitude with a 'Can Do' approach to customer challenges.
* Flexibility to handle ad-hoc duties and projects.
* Desirable: Chemical knowledge.
