We are seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Manager to develop and manage our hire business across a defined territory. This is a field-based sales role focused on growing revenue, building long-term customer relationships, and increasing market share within the plant hire sector.
Key Responsibilities
· Develop new hire business within your allocated area
· Manage and grow existing key accounts
· Carry out regular customer visits and site meetings
· Prepare quotations, negotiate rates, and close hire agreements
· Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPI's
About You
· Proven experience in tool, plant or equipment hire sector
· Strong knowledge of construction and hire markets
· Excellent communication and negotiation skills
· Self-motivated with a strong drive for results
· Ability to build lasting customer relationships
· Full UK driving licence (or equivalent)
