Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Reservations, Household & Guest Relations Manager to oversee the seamless operation and guest experience of a prestigious, multi-million-pound private residence in Mustique. This is a rare opportunity to manage bookings, staff, and high-profile guests in one of the world's most exclusive locations.
This role calls for a highly capable individual with proven experience in UHNW environments - someone who can anticipate needs, remain discreet, and execute with precision and warmth.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage all short-let and holiday bookings for the property, ensuring a streamlined and luxurious guest experience from enquiry to post-departure follow-up.
· Coordinate all travel arrangements for guests, including flights, transfers, and special requests.
· Oversee household operations and lead a team of household staff, maintaining the highest standards of service and property presentation.
· Act as the primary liaison between guests, the property owners, and third-party vendors.
· Deliver an exceptional and personalised guest journey, creating memorable stays that reflect the unique charm of Mustique and the property.
· Support the ongoing marketing and promotion of the rental, working with agents and digital platforms to enhance visibility and desirability.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
· Experienced in managing UHNW clients, ideally from a background in executive assistance, lifestyle management, private household, or luxury hospitality.
· Highly proactive and solutions-oriented, with a keen attention to detail and discretion.
· Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills; able to build trust and rapport effortlessly.
· Comfortable working flexible hours and adapting to dynamic environments.
· Strong international travel acumen, with a clear understanding of luxury expectations and logistics.
· Skilled in managing people, delegating effectively, and maintaining calm under pressure.
