1st Line Support Engineer – 3-Month Contract (Extension Available) – OUTSIDE IR35 – Onsite - Runcorn, UK
We’re seeking an experienced 1st Line Support Engineer to provide onsite IT support for one of our clients in Runcorn, UK. This is an initial 3-month contract, with the possibility of extension. The role requires hands-on IT support across Windows environments, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and remote access tools.
1st Line Support Engineer Requirements:
* Experience handling and resolving 1st Line IT support tickets efficiently.
* Strong working knowledge of Windows Server, Office 365, and Active Directory.
* Familiarity with Entra ID (Azure AD) and user account management.
* Experience providing onsite IT support in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge of remote access tools and troubleshooting connectivity issues.
* Experience using ServiceNow or similar ITSM ticketing systems.
* Experience working in a healthcare environment is advantageous.
