This is a full-time and permanent position offering an exciting opportunity to represent the prestigious Clarins brand, manage product displays, and provide a superior customer experience within a busy retail pharmacy setting. Working Hours 40 hours per week 5 days per week, Monday to Saturday (as per shop rota) Key Duties & Responsibilities Passionately promote the Clarins brand Build, maintain, and grow the Clarins account Maintain effective stock control Merchandise and promote customer loyalty through excellent service and clientele building Maximise sales through promotions and repeat business strategies Maintain an active approach to achieving sales targets Provide knowledgeable and up-to-date advice on Clarins products, promotions, and offers Recognise and respond to customer needs with exceptional service Maintain professional grooming in line with brand standards Assist in managing skincare, cosmetic, and fragrance sections Participate in additional store duties as required Maintain general housekeeping Essential Criteria Interest in retailing and sales Passion for demonstrating skincare, colour, and fragrance products Strong selling skills and customer service skills Good numeracy and accuracy Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work as part of a team Eligible to work in the UK Desirable Criteria 6 months recent experience in a similar retail environment Previous experience with Clarins products Experience in skincare or cosmetics Note: We reserve the right to amend criteria to facilitate shortlisting.
