Exciting opportunity for an organised and creative Admin professional looking to build hands-on experience across social media and marketing within a fast-growing automotive business.
We are recruiting for an Admin role offering a varied and hands-on position within a growing automotive business where no two days are the same.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys organisation, communication, and getting involved in creative social media and marketing activity within a supportive team environment.
You will also support with aftersales administration and customer service duties when required, with full training provided.
This is a part-time role, working 5 days per week (including Mondays and Saturdays), with hours of 10:00am - 2:00pm, offering consistent daytime working patterns.

In this Admin role, you'll be responsible for:
General administration and day-to-day business support
Managing emails and customer communication
Supporting management with operational tasks
Assisting with aftersales administration when required
Creating engaging content for social media platforms
Supporting ongoing marketing activity across the business
Taking photos and videos of vehicles for content creation
Creating and uploading posts across Instagram, Facebook and TikTok
Assisting with online listings and marketplace updates
Managing and uploading products on Amazon and eBay
Maintaining organised systems and internal processes
What we're looking for
To succeed in this Admin role, you'll need:
Strong organisation and communication skills
Confidence using social media platforms
Interest in marketing and digital content creation
Good computer skills and attention to detail
Basic video editing skills (beneficial)
Knowledge of Amazon and eBay platforms (desirable)
Ability to multitask in a busy environment
