As the Paid Media Specialist, you'll take full ownership of shopping campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta, ensuring clients' products stand out in a crowded digital marketplace. From strategy to execution, you'll be the go-to expert for all things Shopping.

Key Responsibilities:
* Plan, manage, and optimise Shopping and Performance Max campaigns across multiple platforms.
* Take ownership of product feeds - optimising, troubleshooting, and enhancing performance
* Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights
* Collaborate with creative, dev, and ecommerce teams to ensure alignment across the funnel.
* Stay ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and new ad formats.
* A/B test ad copy, audience segments, and bidding strategies to improve performance.
