This is a rewarding opportunity for a compassionate and resilient Residential Support Worker to join a dedicated team supporting students both in their learning environment and within a nurturing residential setting. Due to the rural location, all applicants must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle. About the Role As a Residential Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting students’ day-to-day lives, helping them to develop independence, confidence, and essential life skills in a safe and structured environment. This is a 40-hour role worked over 3 longer shifts per week, including evenings and participation in a 1-in-3 weekend rota.
