Senior Associate – Rural Property / Agricultural Real Estate Solicitor

Job Description:
A top-tier UK law firm is looking to appoint a Senior Associate Rural Property Solicitor to join their market-leading Agriculture, Farms & Estates team, based in Bristol. The Role:
You will be involved in a diverse and rewarding caseload including:
\t
* Buying and selling agricultural estates and farmland.
\t
* Advising on strategic land and development transactions (option agreements, promotion agreements, and conditional contracts).
\t
* Renewable energy and green infrastructure projects.
\t
* Landlord and tenant matters (agricultural, residential, and commercial).
\t
* Secured lending for rural property portfolios.
\t
* You’ll work closely with colleagues in the wider Real Estate and Private Client departments, offering a joined-up service to a loyal and prestigious client base.
The Candidate:
To be considered for this position, you will ideally have:
\t
* 6+ years’ PQE in real estate or agricultural law.
\t
* Strong experience in land transactions and estate work.
\t
* Excellent drafting and communication skills.
\t
* A commercial, practical approach and the ability to build rapport with clients.
\t
* An interest in rural property and countryside issues (essential if not already specialised).
\t
* Applications are also welcomed from experienced commercial property lawyers seeking to retrain into rural/agricultural law.
