Our vision is to be an innovative provider of quality homes and services, with residents at the heart of Ocean, and Ocean at the heart of the community.
Ocean Housing manages 4,500 homes, supporting thousands of families, and as a Group, we’re committed to making a real contribution to Cornwall’s housing shortage, with ambitious plans to develop more homes. We’re striving for all of our housing stock to meet a minimum of the EPC C standard earlier than the government target of 2030.
To ensure we are fit for the future, we seek to appoint a Director of Property Services who will play a significant leadership role, responsible for business-critical aspects such as long-term planning for asset management, preventative and planned maintenance, repairs, property compliance, energy efficiency and all aspects of service delivery. You will develop and deliver the property services strategy and be a critical member of our senior management team, working with peers to ensure the company plan and ambitions are successfully delivered.
We’re searching for an exceptional property professional with an inspirational and inclusive leadership style, who brings experience in delivering positive change and who understands the social housing sector. You will know what a high-performing property function looks like and be enthusiastic to bring this innovation into Ocean. You will appreciate the importance of listening, learning, supporting and challenging in equal measure, offering vision and clarity, with an unwavering focus on ensuring excellent results and outstanding customer service.
Ocean is committed to creating a culture of inclusivity and belonging. As a Disability Confident Committed employer, we run a guaranteed interview scheme for disabled applicants.
