Key Responsibilities: Oversee the day-to-day operation, maintenance, and repair of buildings, plant machinery, and infrastructure. Conduct regular inspections to identify and address safety or maintenance issues proactively. Manage security services, groundskeeping, and maintenance contractors for optimal site operations. Ensure compliance with health, safety, fire, and environmental regulations while maintaining risk assessments and emergency response plans. Develop and maintain asset and service records in line with ISO standards to ensure operational efficiency. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience in facilities management or related field. Strong understanding of Health and Safety regulations. Excellent organisational and project management skills. Ability to oversee contractors and coordinate in-house maintenance effectively. Proficient in conducting site inspections and compiling reports. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
