Role Overview: Are you interested in working in events and making a meaningful impact on global womens health? This opportunity offers you the chance to join the events team of an international membership body for professionals in ultrasound in obstetrics and gynecology. You will work on planning and delivering events, which range from online to hybrid to onsite, with this year’s World Congress taking place in Dubai, UAE, 6-9 September 2026.
Responsibilities
* The successful candidate will assist with all areas of their events, gaining experience in delivering large, high-profile global events.
* From registration to program to exhibition coordination, logistics to communications, you will contribute to the successful delivery of the annual World Congress and other events.
* You will work closely with the events team, other departments and external suppliers to ensure events are planned effectively pre-event and onsite, and contribute to the overall success of the events.
Requirements
* Experience in events or other relevant roles.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong organisational skills.
* Interest in international event management.
Contract and Location
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time
Salary:£24,840 - £27,945 per annum dependent on experience, plus benefits.
Location: The role is based in London, W10 6TR. A hybrid working system is in place and the job holder will be expected to work from their office for a minimum of 2 days each week. Depending on duties, more than 2 days in the office may be required.
