If so, we have a fantastic opportunity for you!We are looking for dedicated Teaching Assistants to provide essential support to SEN adults in further education. This full-time role begins on 1st September as a 12-week temporary contract, transitioning into a long-term permanent position.About the Role:
* Work closely with SEN adults to support their learning and personal development.
* Assist educators in creating an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
* Provide individualised support to students, helping them navigate their educational journey.
* Foster independence and confidence in learners through tailored assistance.
Ideal Candidate:
* Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant supporting SEN adults or children.
* Strong communication, patience, and adaptability in working with diverse needs.
* A compassionate and proactive approach to learning support.
* Ability to work collaboratively with educators and support staff.
