The ideal candidate will have a broad range of experience required to undertake residential conveyancing work.What we need from you
* Experience in residential conveyancing work.
* Numerate, good verbal reasoning and excellent attention to detail.
* An astute problem solver.
* Ability to communicate clearly and concisely orally and in writing.
* Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
* Ability to work well with clients, external consultants and colleagues.
What you'll be doing
* Dealing with high net worth clients.
* All aspects of residential conveyancing.
* Dealing with “non-standard” residential property transactions.
* Working closely with the private client team to service the residential property requirements of existing clients.
* Providing a bespoke personal service to clients.
