Role Summary:
The firm is seeking a Civil Litigation Solicitor to handle a broad mix of litigation matters. The successful candidate will work with a varied client base, taking responsibility for cases from instruction to resolution, while receiving guidance from experienced senior lawyers where required. Key Responsibilities:
* Managing a caseload of litigation matters: delivering pragmatic, results-driven advice
* Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and other legal documents: applying accuracy and technical expertise
* Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and hearings: advocating effectively at every stage
* Building and maintaining client relationships: ensuring excellent service and repeat business
* Supporting business development: helping grow the profile of the litigation team
Requirements:
* Qualified Solicitor with litigation experience
* Strong drafting and analytical skills
