Role Overview:
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Care Assistants to join our team. You will provide personalised care and support to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities
* Provide personal care and support to clients according to their individual care plans.
* Assist with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication support.
* Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
* Work collaboratively with the team to ensure a high standard of care.
What We Offer
* Competitive pay starting from £13.50 per hour on weekdays and £16.10 per hour on weekends.
* Enhanced Bank Holiday pay: 1.5x normal salary.
* £250 bonus on completion of training.

Requirements
