We're looking for a Field Performance Manager to join our Anglian Water team based in Norwich.
Location: Norwich
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday to Friday - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

Join our team as a Field Performance Manager where you'll play a vital role in managing day-to-day operations of team leaders and operatives within your region. Working closely with Anglian Water partners and local delivery teams, you'll ensure all activities are carried out with a customer-focused approach while maintaining health, safety and environmental standards.
What will you be responsible for?
As a Field Performance Manager, you'll be working within the Operations team, supporting them in delivering excellent customer service and operational efficiency. Your day to day will include:
* Managing, mentoring and coaching teams to improve productivity and performance
* Ensuring compliance with policies, coordinating work and resolving customer issues
* Supporting team development through training, appraisals and fostering positive communication
* Promoting a positive health and safety culture including zero harm initiatives
* Managing resources efficiently while ensuring quality service delivery within required timescales
What are we looking for?
This role of Field Performance Manager is great for you if:
* You have experience within the water industry at a supervisory level
* You possess a NRSWA ticket and full driving licence
* You have excellent communication skills and enjoy nurturing relationships across diverse teams
