Overview
As a Shift Supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the safe, efficient, and reliable operation of our terminal—supporting major UK airports and mobility customers. What You’ll Be Doing
* Lead & undertake operational activities during your shift, acting as the empowered deputy outside core hours.
* Ensure compliance with HSSE policies and the Terminal Operations Manual.
* Supervise contractors and staff, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently.
* Oversee product import/export, plant maintenance, and inventory security.
* Conduct emergency response drills and support first aid readiness.
* Investigate stock variances and maintain system accuracy.

Essential Skills
* Experience supervising operational teams in a safety-critical environment.
* Knowledge of terminal equipment, plant operations, and maintenance systems.
* Familiarity with emergency response procedures and customer satisfaction drivers.
