Overall job purpose:
We act as an extension of our clients’ finance teams, helping navigate the evolving financial landscape. We provide innovative financial insights, optimize processes to enhance efficiency, drive growth, and ensure regulatory compliance. From preparing accurate financial statements for UK businesses and those in global markets to offering guidance on complex accounting issues, we help businesses meet industry standards, make informed decisions, and succeed.
Everyday in Finance Function Support varies. We support businesses' core finance teams with operational support and advisory services. Using technology and our human touch, we provide insights and build strong client relationships, freeing management to focus on their core business. Our teams work across sectors and sizes, from startups to global leaders.
Qualifications:
If you join the graduate programme with a business undergraduate degree, you will study either ACA (England), CA (Scotland), or CAI (Northern Ireland) over 3 years, or CIMA (certificate level) over 1 year. Completing one of these qualifications is essential. Full study support details are provided in your contract and exam policies.

Responsibilities:
* You will be a key team member, supporting client work and delivering consulting solutions.
* You will undergo interactive training and learn on the job from team members.
* You will receive feedback and set goals for your development.
* You may support other team activities like recruitment or marketing.
* You will complete financial analysis to support management accounts, financial statements, and client advising on financial systems.
What we are looking for:

* A minimum of 112 UCAS points across 3 A Levels or an equivalent qualification, or 104 UCAS points across 4 Scottish Highers/Advanced Highers or Irish Leaving Certificate, and an obtained/predicted honours degree.
