We're looking for a Project Delivery Manager to oversee multiple civil engineering contracts, ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and full compliance with safety and quality standards.The RoleYou'll manage the effective allocation of resources and lead the delivery of major or multiple projects. Working closely with operations, commercial, and supply chain teams, you'll drive performance, guide your team, and ensure every contract is delivered on time, on budget, and to spec.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and deliver multi-disciplined projects across the South EastEnsure full compliance with HSQE standards and company proceduresMaximise financial returns and manage contractual riskBuild strong relationships with clients, supply chain, and internal teamsCoach and develop direct reports, driving engagement and performancePromote continuous improvement and share best practice across the businessWhat You'll BringHND/HNC or Degree in a relevant field (or equivalent experience)Proven leadership in contracting/surfacing project deliveryStrong commercial awareness and operational knowledgeNEBOSH or IOSH certification (preferred)Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving skillsIT Data Management (highly desirable)Pavers Machine Control experience (highly desirable)Why Join Us?This is a high-impact role where you'll shape the success of key infrastructure projects.
