We are seeking a motivated and committed Practice Nurse to join our supportive, enthusiastic and friendly team.
The salary is negotiable and will be dependant on qualifications and experience.
The successful applicant will be required to work in both of our surgeries, Monmouth and Raglan.
We are looking to develop and increase our current Nursing team.
You will be working alongside our existing Practice Nurses, HCAs and Phlebotomists to develop the service we currently offer our patients.
You will be fully supported by our GPs & practice management team and as a patient-focused practice in turn you will be asked to deliver the highest quality service to our patients and our practice community.
The successful applicant will be a dynamic individual, able to evidence qualifications and experience in a wide range of medical disciplines within primary care and general practice.
The successful applicant will also need to evidence knowledge of QAIF and chronic disease management.
