Electrical Maintenance Engineer : GBP 41,000 : Sittingbourne

We're looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a respected and well:established building services company. Based in a Commercial Environment located in Sittingbourne, this role offers an excellent salary, generous overtime, and genuine career progression.

Key Responsibilities:
: Carry out both Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs
: Electrical work including lighting, wiring, testing, fire alarms, BMS, and lighting systems
: Fault:finding and repairs on AHUs, FCUs, UPS, generators, and LV systems
: HVAC plant maintenance, including pumps and associated equipment
Requirements:
: City and Guilds Level 3 Electrical qualification (or equivalent)
: City and Guilds 18th Edition and 2391 Testing and Inspection
: Minimum 3 years' experience in building services
: Good working knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC plant, and building services equipment
: Strong problem:solving skills and a proactive attitude
