Your new role
As an Assistant Site Manager, you will support the Site Manager in overseeing day-to-day operations on a busy residential development. Your responsibilities will include coordinating trades, ensuring health and safetypliance, monitoring build quality, and maintaining project timelines. You’ll play a key role in delivering homes to the highest standard while providing excellent customer service.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Previous experience in a site-based role within residential construction
2. Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations
3. Excellent organisational andmunication skills
4. Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain quality standards
5. A valid CSCS card and SMSTS (or equivalent)
