The Castlefield Rooms an award winning events venue in Manchester City Centre are now on the lookout for a for a Senior Weddings & Events Co-ordinator to come join our fabulous team.
The Castlefield Rooms has been newly refurbed in January 2023 and is the event space linked to Dukes 92 (Manchester’s best loved canal side bar). It comprises three dedicated event rooms. The site facilitates a large number of weddings, as well as corporate events and private parties of up to 250 guests.
What you’ll be doing
As Wedding & Events Sales Coordinator, you will be responsible to responding to all enquiries whether that be corporate, social or weddings
You’ll conduct venue show arounds with clients displaying your knowledge of the venue, menus and packages available
Communicating with the Operations team to ensure each event exceeds the client expectations
Assisting with the organisation and participation in Wedding & Event Open Days and Wedding Fairs at the venue
This role needs an enthusiastic and positive individual with exceptional attention to detail and has passion to go the extra mile for our customers!
